No you don't no harm done. If it was not you it would have been me or someone else. Now that I made the box it can't happen.

SHARKEY-IMAGES 04-10-2012 07:25 PM

Sorry guys,

I have had my schedule up for sometime now :

Sharkey-Images' 2012 Schedule of Events

with the assumption we were shooting for the 1st weekend in May being as there was supposed to be an APBA Race on Greenwood Lake on the 2nd weekend.
I was not going to be able to make Greenwood Lake being as OPA's Ocean City , Md Race got moved to May 12th & 13th.

I have commitments with my SPONSORS to cover the race in Ocean City so therefore I will not be able to attend the 2012 Spring Run on the Hudson.

As you can see from my 2012 SCHEDULE, my shooting season got a major kick off to an early start.

I have the Fall Hudson Run on the schedule for Oct 6th.

See all of you then if not sooner...

Have a Safe fun filled day.

like to do this run, never been. Should have my boat ready by then. How is the tow into NY from north NJ?

I'd do this run if I had my Stinger project finished.

Not bad, just stay off the palisades. When it gets closer we can post directions.

I did the Haverstraw to Kingston that was on Mother's Day last year and had a blast. There was a ton of stuff in the river from all the torrential rains just before the run so it required total focus the whole time but it was fun nonetheless. The same went for the 9/11 Memorial Run we did with you all, great time even with lots of debris. All of these guys were really good about waiting for us in my little 21 foot Checkmate when we got to a bridge. I don't think I can make this but if I do I'm sure I'll have a good time again. Thanks for putting these together Anthony.

John

So a few of us went out this past Sunday to see the consition of the water. And I have never seen the river so clean before and ive been on it for 25 years. We ran about 40 miles and didnt see a stick or anything floating. So as long as we dont encounter severe flooding like last year in the next two weeks or so we should have a great time. Now all we have to do is watch the weather and check the tide charts....
