Come join the fun - leaves Slidell LA 10am - heads up the intracoastal to finish at the New Orleans Yacht Club for 4pm.

Enjoy a continental breakfast at Phil's Marina Cafe',
lunch and a dj at Seabrook Marina, a dip in the lake at the old pontchartrain beach, then a buffet and music at the New Orleans Yacht Club.

Donation is $150.00 for early registration ,you get all the above for 2 people, along with a dvd, 2 shirts.

I spoke with Greg today about his event , And what a sensationaly nice guy .He has a real passion to make this event happen big . I am sure that this guy is going to put a whole hearted efford in making this event great . So if you just sort of have an Idea that you might go to Grec`s event make plans and go . I am sure that you will not be disappointed

Is there anyone that I could contact about being crew for this run? I'm a naval architecture student at UNO, and have worked for Skater as an intern, so I have a good bit of experience around these boats.

Hotel Arrangements if need are as follows - I suggest you book early if you think you nmay need a room & cancel if it turns out you don't. Rooms will fill up quick -

Metairie - Best Western - Landmark $89 night - 800-277-7575 - 2601 Severn Ave Metairie - this is close to the Bonnabel boat launch (5 mins away) there is a lot across the street where they park boats & trailers
Kenner - Hotel Kenner -$79 night - 504-712-0504 (next to Williams Boat Launch) this is by Tresure Chest Casino & the boat launch - rooms are limited due to a soccer tournament in town - I have 10 rooms reserved for Saturday night at this rate until Friday Aug 24, any cancelations after that day are subject to being billed for 1 night. This rate is available 2 nights before & after is rooms are available - Code is - Patriot Poker Run

Patriot Poker Run Info

$175 per registration -, Each registrant will be dealt 2 hands, will receive 2 t- shirts (men's or women's) , meals for 2 (continental breakfast, lunch, buffet at NOYC, and 1 DVD..

Extra meal tickets will be available at $25 (limited number per registration) just write it in on application


Thursday - Sept 13 signup upstairs at Phil's Marina Grill in Slidell 7-9pm

Friday - Sept 14 - signup at New Orleans Yacht Club 7-9pm


Saturday -

9am - Usually a group will leave from the Bonnabel launch - West End Boat launch to head over to Phil's Marina in Slidell

10am - Captains meeting at Phil's Marina - when helicopter arrives (10ish) we will leave to head to "the dock" , after stopping at the dock we will motor to the east side of I-10 to video & photograph the boats in groups (normally by manufacturer & speed) - after being filmed continue to Bayou Bar and Grill near Venetian Isles

11am - Leave from Hi Tidwe Bar & Grill to head to Seabrook Marina for lunch & music

1pm - Leave from Seabrook Marina - Head out into the lake through the new flood gates for another helicopter shot then head to Cajun Crab Island, or to Landrys on the lake (Landry's IS CLOSED)

2pm - 4pm - Cajun Crab Island (old Pontchartrain Beach) Party On

4pm-5pm - Come to the New Orleans Yacht Club to turn your hands in - food, & band starts at the same time and continues till!
