Its our first year attending so have to ask about the alcohol situation. The town is dry but is it ok to consume at the state dock? Any "beverage tips" from the seasoned veterans?

Yes, over-purchase.
You can always drink it later, but it sucks to have to make a run when your personal stash is dry. Keep the beer hot in the truck; ice is cheap and plentiful for when you need it.

Plenty of partying at State Dock, but no alcohol for sale.

Sidwayz has it right, the other thing is to keep it in a cup or coozie. The police are very cool about it as long as it isn't being rubbed in their face. The dock is one big party.

Becareful on the lake , the law was heavy and took a ton of people to jail at the Raft up ,when you leave Harmon Creek have a sober driver.

Am heading down friday & coming back on sunday. A coworker has a cabin there & he said the water level is back up, no problem making it to 76 falls now.
