I am planning to link up as you pass through CLE - boat will be at Lakeside and Rob will call as you hit the bridge so I can pull out and merge in as you pass 55th.

Are you joining us for the Burning River Power Festival on the 21st? I know you are close but we have boat storage available for anyone that wants to leave their boat between the Buffalo run and the Festival instead of hauling it home and back.

3 packages have been put together fitting most everyone's budget.

The idea behind the Deposit is to allow me to know who is serious about purchasing images and notifies me who to focus on the most.
As I try to get shots of everyone throughout the Run, the packages will determine who I need to spend the most time on when it comes down to the Post Editing Process.

I shoot 1000's of images during the course of the event, this is one way to cut down on my editing time which behind the scenes not many have any idea what a great deal of amount of work it can be. So it may be possible I could have shot 40+ images of a particular boat, the Deposit will determine just how many of those shots will end up being uploaded online. I am not a "SHOOT & BURN JPEG" event photographer. All of my images are individually processed one at a time from a RAW format enabling me to make the images of your boat the best they can be.

Please note:
In the case that I do not get any shots or you are not satisfied with the images after proofing them online, THE DEPOSIT is fully refundable.
Once the images have gone to Print or High Resolution Digital Files have been downloaded is the only time the deposit would not be refundable.

Digital File Downloads will be for your Personal Use Only and may not be submitted to any commercial entity without written authorization. A full "Personal Use License Agreement" is agreed to upon the download of the Digital File Downloads.

Providing the participant wants Prints instead of the Digital Downloads, the process is simple. An order is placed for whatever product the participant is interested in, upon checking out, I provide a one time COUPON CODE for you to redeem your deposit and a credit is applied to your order.

I did away with the Print Packages after much feed back from prior events and more people asking for digital files. With the Deposit Packages, you are free to order whatever product you want from the Product Menu.

Also note, The Deposit Packages will not be available for Purchase at least 1 day or less after the event.

The largest savings come from the Digital File that regularly retail @ $300 each.

The $100 Deposit Package includes 1 High Resolution Digital File with a SAVINGS of $200
The $200 Deposit Package includes up to 5 High Resolution Digital Files with a SAVINGS of $1,300
The $300 Deposit Package includes up to10 High Resolution Digital Files with a SAVINGS of $2,700
