It's about time you wax that beauty! I didn't want to say anything last week when I was on your boat @ Ray's, but I couldn't believe how dull your bow looked!

My Progression is getting jacked up off the trailer this coming Monday so I get even the bottom waxed - just to keep up with folks like you! Oh, and I'm probably going to fill the gas tank too.

Used the On-Off acid wash on the bottom yesterday and put my polymer sealant, protectant (I don't use wax) on today. You could fry an egg of my bottom and it wouldn't stick (the boat bottom that is.)
Darlene really has her work cut out for her to keep up now!

Well I clearly wasted my time yesterday actually USING my boat instead of waxing it. I hope you won't kick me out of the run if my wax is not fresh enough.

You know you only need to wax the last three feet of the pad, right? Rest of the bottom is not in the water at speed.

Well Bill, I don't know what you, Larry and Dave use (wax or sealant) on your boats, but I just finished doing every last square inch of mine using Menzerna Power Lock and you're going to need some serious sun glasses to look at it from any angle. (And mine's 23 years old this year!) I did spend some extra time on the transom though - since that's the only part most folks are going to see anyway.

Remember folks, less than one week until the 25th (yes, you read that right) running of one of the longest running and nicest gatherings of high performance boats in the country. See you all at Seneca Lake!
