I noticed someone asked in another thread if it is okay to sign the boat up now and add crew later. Our answer is "yes"! You may also want to know that you are given the opportunity to identify the friends you want to be docked near and we will make every effort to accomodate you. Lakeside Yacht Club has a beautiful, well protected basin with three sets of floating docks and we will be rearranging boats the week before the run to accomodate everyone as best we can. We even had a 63-footer last year!

Default Update - Round Trip Lift Service Now Available!

We have just added the option to purchase round trip lift in/out from your trailer for the event at Lakeside Yacht Club. The cost is $100 round trip and is currently limited to V hulls with a beam of 12 feet or less and staggered trailer bunks for lift straps. If you have a cat, please drop me a pm with a number and I will give you a call. We are currently limiting this to 10 boats and will reassess if we reach that limit (nobody likes sitting around waiting for the lift!!).

Can we add crew "day of" or do we have to do it electronically? If we can, cash, check, or good personality? Please advise.

Yeppers - while we really apprecate early crew registration, you can add or transfer crew up to Saturday morning (Boat comes with captain and first crew). One of the reasons we went with Shooters is their ability to accomodate late additions with the same quality food on their private upper deck overlooking our boats. Early boat registration is the thing - we need time to organize open slips to maximize capacity, put groups together as requested to the extent we can, and ensure power is available.

On-site registration via cash, check, or credit card. I'm thinking the "great personality" option might put the marriage at risk...!!!
