Default 2015 Caesar Creek Shootout

October 3, 2015 10:00am Caesar Creek Shootout at the beach boat ramps. Come one, come all! Tell a buddy, bring 10 friends! All boaters welcome. This is a get together for powerboats, fast boats and bull****ters! It's a blast and draws awesome boats from all over the Midwest! Growing every year! Last year we had about 40-50 boats even though it was cold and sleeting a little! Bring your boat to run, float and watch or just come hang out in the parking lot! There is a lunch also. We've had as many as 60-70 boats in previous years when the weather was nicer than last year. It brings out boats from 18'-47' and up to 140mph. Come and participate or float and spectate, you can also hang out on the bank and in the parking lot. There is a Facebook page Caesar Creek Shootout and several videos on YouTube.

3 miles to run em. There's some who make a few hot laps for top speed and some who just grudge race. One guy usually brings his radar gun. It's a organized/unorganized fun get together for people who love fast boats.

Ok, it's been awhile. 2010 was the third week, 2011 was the second. I was boat less the last few. Don't count on pulling the boat from my slip till the second week of October, so if I make it, I'll be a land lubber.

I will be there as well as a few other checkmates I hang out with. Randy I'm sure you won't spend much time on land, there's plenty of open seats. I have room for you if you need it.
