We will be coming in Tuesday night, then heading to Lafayette for the Def Leppard on Wednesday. That should get the party started! Last years runs was great as always. It's our favorite run of all time. They do a great job cause I can only imagine how much work goes into putting this on. We like that it is so laid back and everyone is so friendly. Can't wait! Saddle Up! Oh! And don't forget your horses! Remember, it is Kentucky Derby Weekend! I must say the 3rd Annual Stick Horse Derby should be great! Big turn out last year.

[QUOTE=vector4;4432169]I went several years with my Baja 232 and few years ago with a buddies 21' baja hammer, we trailed and launched them each day. We stayed in Hammond where a lot of people stay, We would drive down 55 and launch at the Manchac pass launch right by Sun Buns.

if put in there Friday powerboat nation is having their party there at sun buns,,,,
an idle up the creek from the launch,,,,,,,,

For those of us who have never been to the Tickfaw 200 is there a list of GPS coordinates of all the stops? Id like to get them in my GPS. It will give me something to do when I am sitting in the boat waiting on May 4th when we head down. LOL!!!

I did see the map and noticed the GPS Coordinates but Even with my old man glasses I can't read it. Getting old is a *****. Hey technology is great. Figured out how to get the coordinates larger. Thanks....Look forward to the run!!!!

Be sure to follow the channel markers when entering/exiting the rivers, especially the Tickfaw and Tchefuncte Rivers. Both have shallow spots at the mouths.
