Sylvan beach on the east shore of Oneida lake. park at Snug Harbor. Leaves the wall around 11 so be there early.

Really no registration to speak of but I have talked to at least 15 people taking there boats from the buffalo area. Im pretty sure it's happening the 24th as long as the weather cooperates.
