The 2nd annual Charleston Harbor Poker Run is set for the 3rd weekend in May 2019. May 17th - 19th will be the run weekend. Capts party and meet and greet will be Friday the 17th. The run itself will be on Saturday the 18th. And Sunday the 19th will just be a fun day around town on the water.

Last years 1st place prize was $2,000 cash. We're expecting to up it in 2019. No official word yet but its looking like it will be closer to $5,000

Mark the dates and we will keep everyone posted in the coming weeks.

We're currently working all that out. We plan to change a few things up from how things were set up this past year. We will have all that info shortly.

Can you briefly outline the route? Interested, used to live down there (Mt Pleasant) and always wanted to get back. Maybe this year for this event.

Can you post up the web site when you have it all mapped out? How many boats last year? And if we get in early, any plans for a fun run on Friday?

We're changing the route up a little this years route ran from Rivers Edge Marina up the Ashley. With stops at the IOP marina, Shem creek, North Charleston's river front park and we ended at the Wando river marina and grill.

We're working on changing it up to a host hotel and marina close to one another if not the same spot. Last years even ran the same weekend as the Hartwell run and that cost us some boats. It was in June and the Charleston weather didn't work with us. In the rain on our first year we had 28 boats show up. Nothing impressive but we're expecting a larger turn out this year. We will have the site with early registration and all up in Jan. This years route will def take you up the ICW, the wando, the cooper river and back and forth across the harbor. Friday is the Capts meeting and we like to get the boats out during the day to socialize around No name Island. On Sunday for those who stick around we normally run down the stono and hit a sand bar or something.

Sorry for the delay guys. Wife just gave birth to our son last week. So the past few weeks have been hectic. We're finishing up everything on our website now. Hoping to open registration On March 1st. Will have starting and ending location info and hotel info on the site and will post in here as well
