Desert Storm

Does anyone know what kind of mph the guys that are running mid pack run at Desert Storm (for both V/Cat)
I know the super fast cat guys and cockpit vhulls are stupid fast But what does the average guy fun run At and what is considered fast? For both V/Cat?
