Please be a part of our "Run for the Light" poker run to benefit Samaritan House/Safe Harbor. Scheduled for August 20/21 at Ocean Marine in Portsmouth, Virginia.

RUN THROUGH 3 DIFFERENT TYPES OF WATER IN 1 DAY! From the Elizabeth River, through the Chesapeake Bay, to the Atlantic Ocean....and back!

Samaritan House/Safe Harbor offers shelter and support for families who are victims of domestic abuse and/or hard times.

This is a Poker Runs America sanctioned event. Lavey Craft, of Southern California, is bringing 6 or 7 of its boats. Extreme Marine of Tampa will also have a presence here with several of its models, which have been seen here and on other forums.

We encourage local powerboat clubs to attend and show what a strong offshore powerboating community we have. We also welcome out-of-towners to visit our area and perhaps make this an annual "vacation".
