Ohio River Poker Run- Cincy
 

The annual Ohio River Poker Run in Cincinnati is scheduled for Saturday 7/31/04. The event will again be staged at Watertown Marina on the N.Kentucky side of the river. The traditional fun run to the casino is on Friday the 30th leaving around 2pm returning to Watertown Marina. Entry fees are $350/boat for captain and mate. Launching, rafted parking in the main marina, food, live music, t-shirts, grab bag and righteous party (including the infamous wet T-shirt contest) are included for all boat entries and paying crew both Fri and Sat. There is a $20/nite fee for water slips and a $50/person charge for any additional crew. Bring your non-boating friends as the Reef Bar will be a rockin' on both nights and the public is welcome to participate and view the spectacle (hotties extremely encouraged).

All fuel grades are readily available. Blocks of rooms for hotel accomodations at several Covington Landing (another hotspot) hotels are reserved with info included on the application form.

Sounds like a blast, got plans that weekend though, any other events thru out the season? Early season would be great.

There are a couple your way earlier in the month. I think Nationals is the 16th. Usually a decent turnout for Memorial Day at Lake C just depends on the water that early in the year.

I believe there will be two classes this year so the folks with smaller boats won't feel like they are being run over.
