I talked to Packin Air, he is working at OSO helping with all the site problems. He said they are trying to finalize things.

You should post this in the general section, that will get more people on the bandwagon. Prehaps a member or two would want to call and and ask Steve if he needs any volunteers to help plan it. It sounds like things are pretty hectic at the OSO world headquarters so a party might not be a priority for them at the moment. (this is just a guess on my part).

Ok , Nikki Beach is inside of Penrods at the south end of Ocean Dr. in south beach, and Nikki Beach MArina is in the Presidente on the intrcoastal in Hallendale.
Nikki Beach south beach= no marina for boats, but you could use montys and walk or taxi over. Nikki Beach Hallendale= has boat dockage.

Looks like I'm going to be there after all. No hotel, though. Gotta stay on the 100' Azimut, poor me... Let me know if you pick a party place with a spot big enough for me to bring that puppy in and dock it there - I've already been told I get to drive it if I wanna.

Ha. It's big, but not big enough for all you sloppy drunks!

Hopefully I'll get a chance to introduce you to the owner. He's honestly not much of a boater, he just thought it would be cool to have. He's had it almost 2 years and it hardly ever gets touched.

(come to think of it, THAT kind of thinking is DEFINITELY the way a boater thinks).

So who's in charge of selecting a party location?
And what day?

Remember, it's also Daytona weekend, and some of us will be flying up there to watch the roundy round, and shmooze in the pits..
