Final Update - Replaced the Coil, Wires and the HEI Ignition Module with a AC Delco GM/Merc module (old one was 1 season old in a new distributor and was supposed to be a Merc module and was not)....

Awesome, thx for the info. I was able to hit 78 at 47-4800 at 5-6 on a calm night, should get to 80 with some chop and cooler temps. the Boat accelerates out ohop but but only had a few boat wakes...

The windshield should come apart in 4 large pieces. You don't need to disassemble the complete frame. The pieces all interlock. Remove from back to front. Pretty easy, re-assembly can be an issue...
