Thank you for the reply. It is a Donzi 22 classic that has never been in water, started on the hose a couple time a year to cycle the valves. I picked it up, finished rigging it, and going to use it...

Sounds like the IAC circuit in the PCM is bad. Common problem on the PCM 555 when the IAC goes out it usually takes that circuit with it. You can have the PCM repaired if the circuit is not to badly...
