I have to agree with that. The 6.0 and 6.2 gm engines are great but dont hold a candle to the big blocks when towing.

If the seal is letting oil pass by from gravity, it will not likely withstand crankcase pressure when engine is running. Might be a good time to look at doing main bearings and seals
