Team 26 SW1 Capital took victory today in Italy winning by 25 seconds over second place Team Baia.


Team 26 SW1 Capital runs a 38 Donzi ZRC powered by Sterling engines and Arneson Surface Drives.

if they had not the hiccups in the third GP in Italy SBDT they sure would have been title contenders

Rik is there something different in the set up between the 2 Donzis, i.e. Team SW1 and Baia Attolini
both run Arnesons, Mercury package for Baia and Sterlings for SW1
but the later is surely a faster boat..

?? It is hard to say "who" is the faster, rather it is easier to say who is more consistent. Both boats run really well, the Mercury engine management has bitten Baia on occasion with its "guardian mode" affecting their results.

Baia, had they not over speed on so many occasions, would have been in the lead of the championship some time ago.

I have not heard the placement for today (SUNDAY) other than Team 26 SW1 Capital won again:evilb: with Angelo running 93 mph and crossing in 2nd but it is hard to reach that speed and get back under 85 in time especially with that package. ??

Team 26, only succeeds on the course by their handling and cornering as others go faster.
