I picked up a 1992 25 Powerplay a week ago,had a nice day today so I ripped her down and gave her a bath.thought I would post a couple pictures as I started the project and post some more as it comes together.

nice boat....i have always been a fan of the 25 powerplay.....where did ya find it?? whats it getting for power????i always love the sturys behind project boats...

I have a extra HP500 from my 33 PowerPlay that I was looking for a home and I found this one. I bought this from a guy that went threw some kind of a nasty divorce years ago and his wife had the boat and he couldnt winterize it, so the block cracked with only 55 hours on the meter. He took the motor out and never got around to fixing it. He is in the National Guard and is being called to active duty in Iraq, So he was liquidating unfinished projects. Found the boat in the potato farmlands down in S.Jersey.

About 160 days until boating season, you better get busy. I want to see it when its all orange. :cool:

Looks like a cool project. What are the foot rests made of? Mine doesn't have any and I would like to put some in.
