Did you get in touch with Ed?
He used to keep a rough draft with all hull #"s and what x- dimension we cut them at. Then we would test to compare performance. Your boat being a 1999 should have the best height for all around performance.
Some were cut high but sacrificed planing ability for a couple of mile per hour. hope this helps?
