JMS, 15 hit the water, 11 finished by PP, 4 by others (PMT,Fastboats-AT,)

I have pics of 15 different 38's, Dan said 17 were made per Steve1, so maybe more out there??
Sunsation cut a hull up, and maybe he counted the running plug???? that would be other 2.

That boat had 275 Verados, why did you switch to the triple300XS setup?

The boat was built with 250xs, then rigged with 275 Verado, then 300 Verado, then 300xs. What will the 5th set be??

That would account for why I keep getting varying numbers between 11-15. I know that a number of them went overseas. Even at 15 or 17 total 38's the boats are rare finds. I don't mean to sidetrack the thread, but I'd love to figure out where they all are. Pics of the 15 with their current owner / location and combination would be extremely cool.

I'll start a new thread with the 15 pics and locations, stay tuned. I know more than my last thread you linked.

Sunsation got a hull, there are pictures of it on their site but I can't remember how "built" it was. Joker got an early production hull and it was simply a "hull" no cabin liner/just the outer shell.

The black boat (Oliver, OSO, Fast Finance) got put back together with used power/drives after sinking and was for sale in the midwest but who knows if it is actually a boat or simply a barn/lawn ornament at this point.

Charles,
Congratulations on your new Powerplay. That is a very nice piece. It was a pleasure working with you. Best of luck with the boat.

Congrats, nice ride! Love the 38's (and 33's, 28's, and 25's haha).

Is anyone else noticing all the PP's migrating way South?

Charles972 12-20-2010 07:06 AM

Oh yes I love it, on the picture my 2 boats, my old 33' and my new 38', PowerPlay is a legend boat in high sea condition on the Caribbean Waters
