Trailer is an Alum. Myco 3 axle. It surprised me too. The truck stop claimed their scale was accurate. We weighed the truck by itself before we hooked up the boat and then the whole rig and then subtracted out the truck. Advertised weight on the 38 is 8600 lbs +/-. Does a 3 axle Alum Myco weigh 2100 lbs ? My boat lift is a 12K lift and lifts it no problem even with 250 gallons of fuel, full fresh water tank, and loaded with gear. I will say that when we weighed it the boat was pretty much empty in all respects(40 gallons of fuel, empty water tank and none of the wifes required we have to have this onboard gear). Everything else was on board.

I have not seen that, but I am in touch with Robbie. Thank you. :)
These boats are loaded with heavy luxury items that do nothing for their diet, but they are a bagged corecell layup, so I dont think your numbers are too far out of line if the boat was basically dry and empty. I would have guessed about 11,500 lbs. for the boat and an aluminum Myco trailer. Shooting from the hip, that trailer probably hits the scale at around 2,500 lbs. |

Are you refering to your 38PP? If so--that's it? Was that a paper mache trailer?

Thank bro. I want to check out your 33' this summer. We love our 33' SF. I might try to drag it over and do the Lake Champlain Fun Run this year. You in? Its an awesome lake to run.

You search a 38' PP O/B or I/O?
|
Hello Charles. I'm looking for an I/O. If I'm ever looking for an O/B, I know who to contact... I think you have the only 38 PP O/B, correct? Very nice boat!!!

I've got a buddy whose had his hands on probably every 38PP built so far. I've got a messge into him on your behalf SS.
They are MASSIVE boats. I liken them to a 38' "Black Thunder" size boat when it comes to shear girth and weight. Thanks! |
