Heard it needs interior and some tlc.

tryed to track down that boat and the broker would not return my call. called on an nother boat and found out it was the same broker and the boat is still for sale price my can be talked down very very little. it needs interior and tlc as stated above and the motors are 509s .talked to the broker yesterday. kinda made me mad he didnt call back the first time and lost intrest in dealing with him.

I believe that one has been notorious for the very reasons you listed. Too many hoops.
