Cool Kelsob. Been doing some digging. Came across that one and another with blue transom and yellow vinyl in cockpit. I also came across two different single race 28's. I will post more pics as I figure it out. haha

It looked like a sweet boat. Wish I could have bought it but couldn't sell my baja in time. I think it had a new 509 in it...

Yep. Looks like a nice one. I have to take Ricks for a rip this year. They do need some power to move though.

Agree. There are some really killer looking boats out there with the proper dimensions, 22 Donzi classic, pre SS 32 Sunsation, 38 Cigarette, 388 Skater. But there is just a mean old school Miami look in a Powerplay.

We're on. :evilb: Define "move", even my turd goes ok in the small stuff. Just have to trim her out a "little".:lolhit: |

Only thing I'd rather have is a Cig, and some of the AT's and only to go bigger if I can't get a 33/38PP. South Florida lines are just where it's at.

We will find out this summer. Mine's very well balanced, easy to drive, but not a haul real ride in the nasty type by my estimation. but of course maybe I drive like a chick.:party-smiley-004: |

I was just going by lines from a design point. Not many boats just "get it" looks wise. Truth be told my next ride if I buy a boat will be a Gun or a Glad. Money no object? 399 Skater.
Agreed, if I was a big money guy most of the Skaters are the only thing that would draw me from a gun. That's cuz we're MI guys......or have great taste.:evilb: |

Going back to your other comment. The last time I was with Dan I pulled it out of the water with the drives a lil kicked up from level and the Kplanes almost all the way down, running wfo in nasty chit. A wtf moment for sure. Lets just get him to drive. :lolhit: |

You need to take her for a spin and see what you think, it is easy like a ski boat to drive. |

No, you no want Corvette!:evilb: (ok, maybe I'd rock a Cayman if not for certain employment loyalties but a hard choice).

Love the PP's when I finally upgrade its going to be a PP or a older 32 sunny. If I win the powerball tonight I might have to go and pick up "the last" PP 33 and rig it up right! |

I bet. All comes down to how much trim to go fast, to do 70 I need a ton, to do 50 I need none. So I can do a "slow" 50 in about everything, can't go fast if I have to trim out crazy. Yours has the juice to run it w/ a lot less trim I'd bet. :angry-smiley-038: A couple hundred more hp and I think I could run safe/fast in much more haha!

Feels pretty good having one of the coolest boats ever built eh Pinball? Sucks you have to scoop the hatch but Hope it runs good for you. Post some pics when ya get a chance.
Oh yeah, what are your plans for the hatch pad? I might be interested in it. |

As there are only about 13 28's of any kind built, I'd say that's the max that could be singles.:party-smiley-004: |

I believe he has said the same of around 3 maybe 4 28's. That is also the number said by "Ed" who is on here and used to work there as well.

Yours, Pinballs, the other blue one on here. The 2 race boats. That is 5 confirmed. I believe I have a pic of another one (gotta find it) that could be #6.
http://i1326.photobucket.com/albums/...pse74a78f4.jpg Also, Ed mentioned one was built to be a race boat, but wasn't rigged at Powerplay and may have never raced. That could actually be mine we thought, as my interior looks nothing like any of the other PP interiors I've seen and my engine is a 99, the boat a 96. Unfortunately the dealer I bought mine from did not know the history of it. Looking at my paint it actually used to be teal, not sure if/when the interior/paint was updated to blue. |

Ok looking through here I see this one which I think is the one with the "hump", Pinballs, mine and the race boat from the brochure. What is this other race boat? Edit: looked through his photobucket, found more pics, it is definitely the "hump" boat haha:
