Yes, really far! It sucks sometimes, but sometimes the cruise is nice when entertaining friends that have never seen the area. That house is a back up for us. As long as prices don't go crazy again we should be able to buy a lake front or close canal house when we move back and then just keep the river house as a rental making money for us, we also have a rental in Mad Heights that makes us a little money.
And yes AJ, Rick needs to buy this 33!!

To be honest I've had a fωcked year. Didn't finish boat till late August. Only been out twice. Would've been out three times but lost a fuel pump. Last week I was gonna call you to go out but found a broken stud on steering pump. Fml! Lisa is gone and I've had the kids. This weekend was full of football and cheerleading. Hope to get the steering back on this week and use it a few weekends before I put her away. I will call ya later this week.
I know man, that project definitely went long (and I'm sure over budget) for you, sucks! But luckily this summer was kinda ****ty for weather anyways, I didn't get out as much as I should have. My shift cable or something is screwed, so I'm done for the year, just called to have it winterized. Hoping for more use next year for both of us, yours will look like new with the paint and everything at least!
I wanted to be on the lake, but anything bigger/nice was out of budget and old. This house is brand new w/ a 3 car garage, worth driving a bit to the lake I think.
