Look up the cabin of an F-4 and you'll know what the 38 PP looks like. The PP probably has more headroom when you first step in over the F-4 due to the dash/fairing.

You'll notice those two pics are from boats with a hung headliner. It really finishes off the cabin nicely but takes away about 2.5" of headroom. They were made with and without the headliners.
