Possibly OSO Steve's old 38. It was for sale a while ago and I don't think it ever sold. I think its in OK. You know the history though.

It conveniently sank in plain view on the IC waterway in FLL, and sat there for at least a couple weeks; all while the owner's business was tanking. (Not the Schuble brothers that owned it, the person they sold it to.)

Sank on a canal on Singer Island....fully submerged for about 30 hours in salt water. The original owner of the boat lived nearby and saw it down, then went and looked at it when National Liquidators sold it. NL made ZERO references to the boat being sunk when they sold the stripped hull for about 30K.

for anyone that wants the history just search black 38 powerplay on OSO.

Rerigged by Brad Smith, has Smith 650s/Bravo 1s. Needs new gauges, tachs jump around. No cabin door, would be around 4000 to have the new powerplay pop one, or you could try to fab one yourself. GPS was gone as well. Good boat for DIY if you could get it for the right money.

The big concern was the foam around the fuel tank. It clearly got saturated with salt water so now you are left with a very heavy hull and a tank sitting in salt water. The previous owner and another 38 owner consulted with Dan Weinstein and the conclusion was the floor needed to be pulled as well as the tank. They all passed considering what a re-rig would cost.

Boat also had genny/ac and obviously that was shot also.
