1993 powerplay sport
 

Looking at a 1993 25 powerplay with twin 200 mercs. Does anyone have any experience with this model, and any feedback.

I had a 92 25' with a couple of 2.5's. Awsome ride. Very fast and a blast in the rough.

what kind of speeds to you get with the twin 200hp merc.

I've got a 25 Open fisherman with twin 300 promaxes. The sport and OF are slightly different animals but I believe the bottoms are about the same. I have had lots of 22 - 26 ft boats but these guys really build a solid, well finished boat. It rides like a champ. On about a 1 ft chop you can litterally let go the steering wheel at 70 -72 and it stays straight. I seriously doubt anyone makes a better 25 but since I haven't been on all boats that size I cannot pass judgement. Real nice boat though and Danny and the guys at Powerplay stand behind their products whether its a 25 or a 38. Hope this helps.
