This stuff works GREAT! Just wanted to share! Works better then ANY interior cleaner for boats. I know it's a house cleaner, PQ has told me it is safe to use and suggested.

I would be careful with that stuff as it has bleach in it and it will acctually take the moisture out of your vinyl. Try the "Magic Reaser" made by Mr. Clean.

I also recommend the magic eraser. Gentle cleaning with it gets all of the dirt out of the tiny cracks in the vinyl.

Then chase with a protectant.

Rick Gimmill suggested using a cleaner SD20 on the vinyl. It is a commercial cleaner. Scott

thats who suggested the fantastik :( That was back a few years ago. I was told Power Quest may have changed venders for interiors. What do you guys suggest to protect after cleaning?

I always use the Maquires vinyl cleaner and conditioner on ours after the thorough cleaning. Scott

I use LA's Totally Awesome (as seen on TV) followed by 303 Protectorant. Whacky name but it is awesome.

A 50/50 w/distilled water also take ANY oily grime off the gelcoat too. I use it to get the bathtub ring and transom soot.

No acid, bleach, ammonia.....

The desert water is hard with loads of calcium. Need to use vinager (40%) and distilled (60%) to clean the water spots off.

Works great - right up to the point that your vinyl starts to crack.

My recommendation after 18 years is don't go there for very long.

Been using Fantastick for years as recommended by the vinyl people. They did say do not use 409!
