What brand and size was the cabin AC/Heat? Is the Cockpit ac/heat the same unit or 2 different units?

Thanks, my wife and I can't wait to pick it up.
I'm not sure on the brand but the size is a 5,000 BTU. I'm picking the boat up this Saturday so I can post what brand it is.
The AC & Heat in the cockpit is the same unit that heats & cools the cabin.
