PQ Response....
 

Just an observation....

Over the last little while, there has been many posts about issues with PQ product. I have yet to see a response from PQ to remedy or discuss these issues. If anyone from PQ reads this thread, I would like to see a response to let us know how you respond to problems eg. Stress Cracks thread.

PQ owners are a dedicated bunch from what I can see and my experience is that the customer service is second to none. I guess I would feel better about buying another PQ if I saw actual responses on this page to the above mentioned issues.

It is PQ's policy to NOT discuss or resond on bulletin boards. If folks have problems, call PQ on the phone. You will get some of the best customer service in the industry. They are a stand up company and will bend over backward to make things right.
I had some glass issues on my old 280. PQ made it right ASAP!
