Yep, that's what I'm thinkin'.........but even there, it'd have to go thru the impeller first. I'm planning to remove that whole line Friday and see if anything is in there.....thanks

I am in the process of replacing my sea water impeller on my 22 Raizor. I just took the walls out of the bilge compartment and pulled off the fuel filter. From there it was a straight shot to the pump.

Splashed the boat last Friday and it stays at 150 when going "coal barge" speed, but jumps up rapidly when I get up on top of the water.

I'm guessing a partial blockage somewhere......any suggestions???? Thanks

I drilled four 1/8" holes in my thermostat. Dropped my hard running temps and cruising temps are more stable.

Also, I've got Imco lowers which have a large water intake along the leading edge. Backflushing did yield one small piece of wood...........
You need a sea strainer........soon

I'd love to have strainers, and would, if I could figure out a place to mount them. I have 4 batteries and the engine compartment is so full, I might have enough room for a handkerchief and a handfull of loose sand
