1998 Powerquest 260 Legend Sx
 

I have been out of boating for 15 years but ready for a purchase. I have been looking at 1998 Powerquest 260 Legend SX with stock engine it says on the tag MCM 7.4 Litre/Bravo with 400 hrs on it. The boat shows very well no rips in the interior and not fading. Outside is very shiney and has no water marks/ no rub marks.Very well looked after. I would rate it aleast 8 out 10. The trailer has some surface rust but not a big deal for the age. Anything I should be asking the dealer about the boat and what estimate value you do you think?

Being that it is at a dealer, you're not going to get a lot of info on it's history - # of owners , in salt water ever, maintenance.
The 260 is a very solid boat. I would check the ECM for actual hours, check the alignment and coupler wear, and impellor and housing for wear.
My guess for a fresh water 260 with trailer, it would be in the 15 to 20K range. Also depending on options.. Hope this helps.

Just got off the phone with dealer and sold boat for $15200.00 yesterday. My normal I am always a day late and yes was a fresh water boat from Mich.
