29 enticer 2002 6.2 exhaust question
 

Hi I am in process of buying a 2002 pq enticer with 6.2 mers. the only thing is that it does not have captains choice exhaust. How does the through hull sound with the mufflers on it? loud or quit. I havent heard it run yet. How do you like your enticer???? Thanks

Enticers are very nice boats. Lots of room for a 29 ft. boat. You will be hard pressed to find another boat in that size range with that big of a cabin.

Well look at what the cat dragged in! Welcome bthurman! I think the boat is going to be quiet at idle and have a nice deep tone once up to speed.

Buddy has a '97 Entice with big blocks and thru-hull (no Cpatain's Choice). Not too loud, not too quiet.

I've got an enticer fossil with 502s with Captains Call and yes as mentioned above, it can be both not too loud or not too quite :coolcowboy:

Some think it's really loud, and I think it sounds soooooooo good!

I have a 2002 Enticer w/6.2 you will be fine. they sound great

well mufflers might quiet it, but with two of them face its going to sound good, but it will be loud. Personally, i like the option to shut it off, if your going slow and trying to talk or something its going be annoying, i dont know if its possible to install captains call or not, i would think so, parts should cost between 600-1000 for one engine.
