1994 257 Legend BR, 7.4 ~350 hp, Bravo III with 28P props. On gps:
1/2 tank, 1 person, 1' chop, ran 57 1/2 tank, 4 people +gear, just a little chop, ran 55 Great all round hull but as others said, not a speed demon. However, with the BIII in this hull, I can tow kids on wake boards at 12-13 mph and stay on plane. Throws a mean wake too- |
2000 288 Silencer
slightly built 502mpi 26p 4blade labbed bravo all XR upgrades 1/4 tank fuel and 2 peeps it ran 76 on the gaffrig speedo at 5100rpms (should be + - 2-3 I plan on putting it on GPS this Sat so I will keep you updated. |
tried a 23 3blade on the weekend got up to 63 5200rpm with 2 people and 1/2 tank..........but what a pain in the arse to plane, it felt like a hypo'd up trolling motor was trying to push this beast up & onto plane:eek: ....the 4 blade just roars onto plain in couple of 2nds. what a diff props make

hey disorder, how much hp r u running , and is the 288 a stepped hull

It should have been 280 and yes it is a single step hull. Not real sure on the hp thinking it should be around 500-515
