1997 29 Enticer cabin door
Running in the middle of small craft advisories in the Gulf of Mexico, I managed to significantly break portions of my cabin door. Need replacment parts for the broken rollers and stuff. Who makes the doors for that model that year?
Tried http://www.aluminum2000.com/ with no luck. Any thoughts? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. |

llenahan.
I purchased a 97 260 Legend in April...Love it.. I am in Michingan..The cabin door was loose and found out it was missing a slide and the bottom track was loose. After much research I found out that Aluminum 2000 was the maker of THIS door and hardware. Pompanette "looks" to be parent company of Bomar/Gray/Hood/Aluminum 2000. I wish I could give you the person I actually exchanged email and phone calls with but I had laptop crash and lost. BUT I was able to order a complete set of slides hardware and even a 4ft section of track. They were very helpful and I discovered that in 97 Powerquest was in the middle of a supplier change over. Some of the boats do have a different manufacturer for the cabin doors / hardware. I did speak to them and they were even going to have me stop by with the door and all the hardware I had. They were the folks that informed me that Powerquest used two different suppliers. Sorry at this minute I cannot remember that company name. I will look through my docs and see if I have the parts listings. Both companies also used the roller systems which sounds like what you have. Already getting ready for spring.. |
