Transom Shower???

Where is the transome shower mounted? I have a 380 and am re-working the hot water heater and would like to put in a transom shower but I have never seen one on a PQ.

The one I am concidering is a round type with a 3 1/2" holes saw mounting. I would require two holes one for the shower wand and another for the hot/cold valve. Anyone have any picts or manufacturer of what PQ uses?

Ray, you can get all the pics you would need from Vyper340. No doubt the man went to the factory and took pictures of everything including the transom shower from inside and out. I was supposed to have one too, but the dealer deleted it without my permission. Don't go there!! It is mounted on the port side vertical part of the swim platform. All I need to do is cut the hole and install the shower kit that PQ was nice enough to send me. Then run a hose down to the water pump and put a T fitting on to install to.

The pictures that Vyper has will tell 1000 more words!!

This is how it ended up, I had to space the two parts farther apart than I would like because of the pop up cleat. But it went in fairly easy. I bought the parts from West Marine manufactured from Scandvik. I mounted the housings upside down as it will be easier to access the valve and shower head from the top. This is a hot and cold setup too.

Ray,
Looks like it worked out nice. Looks like a great out of the way location.

NOW quit messing around and get to the water:D
