Painting a 47 Willys Wagon
5 Attachment(s)
Here I am hard at work as usual...... A friend of mine has a 47 willys wagon that him and a couple other friends have been restoring. I primed it before christmas and then we sanded it a few weeks ago. the purple that you see sprayed over the gray primer is a guide coat. I started painting it on friday, there are 3 colors. I should have the body all done by next saturday, then all we have left is the hood, doors, grill, fenders, wheels, liftgate and a few miscellaneous pieces.

Very cool! Me and a friend are in the process of restoring a 1960 Willy's Jeep Wagon. We also have a 59. If your looking for some hard parts, let me know what you need. We may have them or may be able to find them.

I thought this was an Offshore boating forum not an antique truck. Here Uncle Kevin I know sometimes you need direction in life so I will help you out.
