i need help again....what is the tank under that back seat, and what is the tank by the step coming out of the cabin?

are you asking whats under the access plates on the floor??
they are both for the fuel tank..the one in front by the cabin step is for the fuel fill hose and the 2 engine fuel supply hoses..the rear one under the rear bench seat is for the fuel level sender..

you should have a 129 gallon tanks,,also on the hull on the port side just under you fuel fill cap you have a fuel tank vent/ breather ..you should have no back presure ..unless the hose is pinched or kinked..
