And one last question tonight (just trying to figure out where we are going to mount the A/C unit and drain the air condensation pan), why two drain plugs in the transom? Is one for the stepped areas of the hull?

2 drain plugs because each engine has a oil drain hose...you can pull one drain hose through each drain plug
