Avenger for sale in GA

Anyone have information on the 1999 Avenger for sale in GA. Priced at $34,950 sounds almost to good to be true. But with it having 900+ hours on 502 Mags I'm sure it would be needing rebuilds soon. Should I be worrying about anything else major with that many hours?

the boat is sold actually. It also needed plenty od tlc.
