Custom Foot inserts
 

These are the aluminum Foot inserts I made to replace the stick on Vinyl diamond plate that came from the factory. I just used a Bridgeport mill, Drill press, Band saw, and router. I got the Diamond plate from Home Depot, and the other stock from work. I had the frame powder coated candy blue and the diamond plate powder coated clear. Part of the reason I did this was so I could cut an accesses opening on my Starboard side to fix/upgrade & improve my cabin door and lower track that became misaligned.

Drivers side cut out to access lower cabin door track.

I appreciate the requests, but unless I made a large quantity of these on a production bases It wouldn’t be fair to charge what I would need to for it to be acceptable for both parties. After working 56 hour weeks steadily for almost 30 years it’s tough for me to even want to work on my own projects…LOL
Any little local backyard machine shop could make these.

the only thing I should have done and am going to do this winter is make one side say VYPER instead of both of them having Powerquest.

What are the dimensions of your recessed area of the foot rests.
