What are the differences between a 290 enticer and 340 Vyper.
I am looking at a 340 Vyper coming from a 290 Enticer. Where is the extra 5 feet? Is it all in the cuddy or spread out through out the boat. Is there any height difference between them? What was the first year for the stepped hull? The 340 I am looking at is a 99, is there anything to watch out for on this particular year? Thanks for all the help.

Little more room in the cockpit, I'd say about a foot between the bolsters and the back seat. But most of it is in the cuddy. Full head with door. And the sitting area is a little bigger. It is much taller in the cuddy I think 5'4" of head room. It will sit a little taller in the water and on the trailer not sure by how much. |
340 is huge compared to a 290, you wont regret the upgradw

The 340 is a much bigger boat and a bigger feel. The cabin is a lot taller and very suitable for long weekends. And as stated an enclosed head. The cockpit is bigger. It feels wider and certainly deeper. And I believe there is more room in the engine compartment. Plus the boat is MUCH taller. I have a 340 for sale if you are interested. write me at [email protected]. Jeff |
