I wouldn't mind knowing, either. I recently purchased one, it appears that spazboz has one, and there are at least 3 for sale on Craigslist, so that makes 5....

There is a thread on here regarding the production timeline, but I haven't seen any production numbers. Apparently they were hand laid, began production in '83-'84, and the mold was done away with in '93 from what I've seen online.
