The beauty of boat shopping is that there are always good deals:) Everyone's boat is for sale.

It's all about the condition. My boat has always been stored inside. My interior is a 9 out of 10. Paint and gel a 9 out of 10. Less than half the hours on not only engines but also drives.
I owned hp 500's in my 353 fastech and although many do run longer with no issues, Mercury recommends a complete rebuild at 5-600 hours on their blue engines.

I admit i miss the extra 8-10 mph, but basically my boat is in much "newer" condition.
