340 vyper with 502 390 hp

I have a 2000 340 Powerquest vyper with Volvo dpx drives without engines. I'm looking at some carb 502 motors making 390 hp apiece. How do y'all think boat will run

Should run 70 although I know nothing about Volvo drives

My 1995 non-step hull with 454/385hp motors hits 71 on gps so you should be comfortable in the low 70 with the step hull. That is with Bravos so I don't know the impact of DPX.
