unknown noise in floor or panel

I have a 2002 vyper when I turn on the battery switches I can hear something running either in the floor by the cabin door or behind the panel by the drivers seat. Does anyone know what would be in that location that wound be running? It's not the fresh water pump, not the vacuum flush. Need help.

Check to see if it is the forward bilge pump running.
