Selling my HP500 long block out of my 2001 280Silencer to build 540.Nothing wrong,just want a 540.$6000 obo BOB 1.504.486.7070 days

ChrisK,Thanks,It's in classified already.Since in was coming out of a PQ I thought someone could benefit from a drop in HP.If you don't tkink it's approiate feel free to remove it.Don't want to make waves and I'm not despirate to sell.Thanks BOB

No problem. I do not think that the HP motor is a 'drop in'. I believe they use a different wiring harness and some other minor things.

Keeping the exhaust?

hp500efi,As a long block only,no intake or accessories.Carb & manifold & drop it in.Might be a stretch on the term "drop in"for some;I've had a shop for 20 years.I think everything from a mag would also transfer over.I just hate to dis-assemble a good HP and use only the block.I'll be glad to talk to anyone interested.Thanks BOB 1.504.486.7070
