2000 Enticer

Just bought a 2000 Enticer with 310's.

There was a small flaw in the sticker (competition graphics). The guy I bought it from said that it was like that when he bought it (he was 1st owner). Any comments? He said he showed it to PQ but they didn't do anything about it.

Overall its a great boat. I am having a hard time finding any boat tests/comparison info. Does anyone know where I could find more information on the boat?

Does anyone know of anything I should look out for (spider cracks, electrical issues, etc)?

Just my opinion

He bought it from a dealer not direct from Powerquest. The dealer should be responsible for paying PQ for the repair or do it themselves they signed for the boat.

The 29 is a big boat for the size. 310 motors will probably get you to 70. In the early days of the 290, PQ put 454 and 502 mags in there which really made an improvement however I think they realized the 502's were a little much for the design of that boat.

Sticker? Post a pic so we can see what you are talking about.

If that is the only real issue you have to speak about you should be happy. PQ makes a fine boat, but like any other boat you will have things to deal with. However, spider cracks should not be one of them. At least that is my experience.....mine and two other 340's runnin' in some real snotty water for three years now.

Welcome to the PQ family.

I had a 1994 290 with 385 hp 454 mags and it ran in the high 60's. The boat did have a full cabin with micro and fridge.

Of the boats I have owned it was one of the best. I should never have sold it. At that point in time they were more like Formula than Baja. I felt that changed when Todd left the company.
