Cheap 38
Anyone check this out yet. Seems to be alot of boat for the $$$. Looks to be clean and pretty well loaded too. Maybe it could be bought for less than 50k?

Re: Cheap 38
It would be interesting to see if he would bite at 50K. Lots of boat at that price. Wonder how much it has been in salt water, and if it was flushed regularly when it was.
Looks nice. |
Re: Cheap 38
50 isn't a bad price but I doub't you can get much over 70 MPH with those motors. And the color is not quite there either.

Re: Cheap 38
yes 70 mph would be pushing it, especialy since its a 95 with no steps in the hull......and the colors....lets not even go there
|
Re: Cheap 38
70????I dont think so.....maybe behind a dually running down hill :p

Re: Cheap 38
I test drove a 95 w/ 500's and it was a struggle to hit 74mph. It is cheap enough to add hp if wanted. My guess would be 66-68mph.

Re: Cheap 38
The sad part is those colors were hot 10 years ago. There was a reason the pinks and teals were so popular then, because we were buying them. But it wouldn't take much to paint the boat white and start over. It would still be a good deal at 50k if the boat is in good shape.

Re: Cheap 38
Love the Formula comparo. This J/O looses ALL credibility with that one. Obviously looking to hose the boat onto someone who doesn't know the difference.

Re: Cheap 38
Rippem: you are correct why would he put a quality of a Powerquest down to that level? Oh well I guess it might help him sell it. but I dought it. I would put the Formula up to maybe a Baja :D :D
